Reception hours are 7.30 am to 9.00 pm daily. If you require check-in for a later time contact our friendly staff who will organize a key pick up for you.

Hay Point and Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminals are the largest coal export facilities in the world with a throughput of 44 million and 68 million tonnes per annum respectively. The administrative building at the Hay Point Coal Terminal operates a viewing platform where the handling and export activity can be viewed.
