Q: Is Sarina Motor Inn rooms self-contained?
A: Sarina Motor Inn has in all rooms tea and coffee making facilities, fresh milk and a toaster.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Sorry, no pets are allowed at Sarina Motor Inn.
Q: Is Sarina Motor Inn Wheelchair friendly?
A: Room 25 is fitted with a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. Please enquire at the time of booking if this room is available.
Q: Is there off street parking facilities?
A: 13 of our 16 rooms have undercover parking right in front of your room. All other rooms parking is available but is not under cover. Small trailers or second vehicles may be parked around the back of the motel. If you require a second carpark please notify the reception either upon booking the room or on check-in.
Q: Is there a restaurant at the Sarina Motor Inn?
A: Sarina Motor Inn has a fully licensed Al la Carte Restaurant attached to it. Room service is also available. Ask us about a booking when you check in.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking is permitted outside your room, ashtrays are provided. Please do not smoke inside your room.
Q: Is there a pool?
A: A salt water pool is located between the Motel and Reception for your convenience. Pool hours are 7.00 am to 7.00pm.
Q: Are there barbecue facilities?
A: A gas BBQ and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining is provided in the pool area.
Q: Is the beach very far away?
A: Sarina has many beaches which are just a short drive away. The very popular Sarina Beach is a ten minute drive and is patrolled on weekends and school holidays. Ask at reception for a map showing the locations of all the beaches in our area.
Q: Which languages are spoken at the reception?
A: English.
Q: Does the Motel/Restaurant/Cafe accept credit cards?
A: Payments can be made securely online at the time of booking or at reception by cash, eftpos or credit (we accept VISA or Mastercard).
Arrival and Departure
Q: What time should I arrive at your hotel?
A: Check-in time is from 1pm, the carpark is open to new guests from 12 noon.
Q: When is the departure time?
A: Check-out from your room is 10am but use of the facilities can continue till 1pm.
